About this chart
Estimated paths assume a clean, flat release in calm air. Printed flight numbers lead; matching reviews make modest corrections. The distance setting changes throw effort and flight shape. Forehand uses a slightly different spin-to-speed response, without assuming wobble. Nose angle, spin, plastic, weight, wear and wind can change real flights.
DGA Typhoon: 12 | 6 | -2 | 2
The Typhoon is a stable distance driver with exceptional glide and moderate fade. Designed by 2X world champion Catrina Allen to fill the slot between the Rogue and the Hurricane, the Typhoon is becoming the maximum distance driver of choice for many of our team members. Controlled hyzer-flips for the bigger arms, and forward skipping maximum distance shots for the rest of us means this glidey driver has slot in any bag.
