About this chart
Estimated paths assume a clean, flat release in calm air. Printed flight numbers lead; matching reviews make modest corrections. The distance setting changes throw effort and flight shape. Forehand uses a slightly different spin-to-speed response, without assuming wobble. Nose angle, spin, plastic, weight, wear and wind can change real flights.
Discmania Essence: 8 | 6 | -2 | 1
Get ready to experience love at first flight! The Essence is THE do-it-all fairway driver in Discmania's Evolution line up. Although the Essence is a great fit for beginner and novice throwers, many pros out there will take a liking to this disc quickly. The rounded semi-blunt nose of the disc allows for fantastic roller shots and controlled backhand or forehand throws when you need it most. If you find yourself on a technical hole out on the course, you’ll reach for the Essence!
Neo: Neo plastic is a semi-translucent, premium plastic. Not only great looking but also the most durable and rigid Evolution line plastic! Still has some flex to it, and thanks to the special finish it offers an awesome grip.
