About this chart
Estimated paths assume a clean, flat release in calm air. Printed flight numbers lead; matching reviews make modest corrections. The distance setting changes throw effort and flight shape. Forehand uses a slightly different spin-to-speed response, without assuming wobble. Nose angle, spin, plastic, weight, wear and wind can change real flights.
Discraft Slime: 2 | 1 | 1 | 4
The Slime is a Z Swirl approach disc released by Ledgestone in collaboration with Brian Earhart. Its unusual shape produces a slow, extremely overstable flight with very little glide. Throw it when you want a short approach to fade hard and get to the ground.
The Slime is built for short, controlled shots where a strong finish matters more than distance. Its low glide helps keep approaches from carrying past the target, while its pronounced fade gives the disc its distinctive flight.
Note: Ledgestone presents these numbers as suggested ratings; the Slime has no official flight numbers and is not PDGA approved.
